Earlseat Wind Farm is located next to Standing Stane Road on the A915 between Leven and Kirkcaldy and became fully operational in August 2014. Earlseat consists of eight Vestas V90 turbines and is capable of generating up to 16MW of clean, green electricity.
Earlseat Wind Farm has partnered with Fife College to provide a long term apprenticeship training programme, which will see the creation of up to 125 apprenticeship opportunities over the next 25 years, at an average of five per annum.
